What is an Aura?

What is an aura?

The aura is an energy field that surrounds people and other living creatures. Some people can perceive other people's aura after some practice. If you can see the auras of others, these can be different colors. For example, an aura can represent a feeling or character traits. Although it is not visible to the naked eye, people who are capable of paranormal abilities can. In this article I am going to explain what an aura is...

Apart from humans, it can also be seen on animals and sometimes even objects while placed against a bright background. You can see it as a layer of light around someone or something. Each power has its own different colour that reflects how someone is doing. The aura never stands still, it actually always moves and the colors can also change, this depends on how someone feels.

Types of energies

An aura consists of different energies: life energy, astral energy, esoteric energy and bio-energy are examples of this. The energy would consist of infrared radiation, which can be made visible with a heat-sensitive camera. You can use an aura as a vibrating force field in which several small force fields are housed that show our inner state.

According to religious philosophy, the aura would consist of several subtle bodies that would hover around a body in different layers. The inner part of the aura would be able to draw life energy from the environment through the Chakras and thus be given to the body itself.

Some aura readers claim to be able to diagnose diseases through your aura and chakras. However, these claims have not been scientifically researched or proven, so don't go here if you want a medical diagnosis. If you suspect that something is wrong with your health, contact your doctor.

History

Auras were described many centuries ago. They were found in all kinds of traditions and philosophies. In many kinds of faith, such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism, it is claimed that we have an energetic body as well as an ordinary body. The second body is not visible to the naked eye, but it is visible to the spiritual eye.

You may have noticed it when you look at old paintings in a museum. In old paintings you see holy main figures depicted with a golden light around their heads or a halo. These circles of light are portrayed around the head or above the head. Jesus and Mary are a few examples where this is usually depicted.

How does it work?

An aura can stretch from 1 to 3 meters from our body. The stronger your physical and mental condition is, the stronger the aura is present. A stronger aura vibrates more than a weakened aura, you can compare it to when you have little energy you don't move as fast as someone who is full of energy.

The aura tells a lot about your overall health, your character, your emotions and your psychological blockages, your talents, the past and even our past lives. The aura is shaped by who someone is and how feels, so it's as unique as a fingerprint. It can be perceived by people who are psychically gifted, by aura pictures or by learning to see it.

It consists of seven different layers, each with a different function. These layers are connected by nodes at different places in your body, these are the seven chakras. In the next article ''What are chakras and what do they mean?'' I will explain in more detail about it.

There are also different kinds of colors that you can perceive in an aura, which I explain in detail in another article: ''Aura colors and their meanings''.
